Kalispel Charitable Fund

The Kalispel Tribe of Indians believes in being a positive force in the fabric of the community. As the Tribe continues to grow we are committed to re-investing in the community’s greatest assets, the people!  The Kalispel Charitable Fund is one of the many ways we contribute to the greater Spokane and Pend Oreille Counties. We provide financial support to qualifying nonprofit organizations through direct grants and sponsorships.

If your organization would like to request support from the Kalispel Charitable Fund, the Tribe focuses its charitable giving in the following areas:

• Education
• Health Care
• Arts & Culture
• Social Services
• Environment Conservation

Excluded from consideration is team and individual activities or functions.

Submission Process

Requests for donation or sponsorship must be submitted using our online application form with no exceptions.
Once submitted, requests are acknowledged with a courtesy email.

Requests are reviewed on a quarterly basis according to the following schedule.

• Submit request by October 1 for funding desired in December and beyond. 
• Submit request by January 1 for funding desired in March and beyond. 
• Submit request by April 1 for funding desired in June and beyond.
• Submit request by July 1 for funding desired in September and beyond.

If multiple events will be occurring in a single year, please provide one comprehensive request for the fiscal year beginning on Oct 1 through Sept. 31.
