Mission

The Tribal Court System supports the Kalispel Tribe, its people and its resources by managing tribal sovereignty, treaty rights, and religious, cultural and traditional practices.  The Court System encourages individual responsibility for life choices and demands respect from Tribal members for the laws and codes of the Kalispel Tribe.
